The AKG HC577L is an excellent head microphone for use with AKG wireless beltpacks such as the WMS450PT. It provides excellent, consistent sound, regardless of how the user turns their head. It also eliminates any feedback problems because it is always close to the mouth, providing plenty of sound pick-up.

A good lapel microphone will provide very accurate sound. The problem is that when it is clipped onto the chest, the sound becomes muffled and "muddy". It is also prone to significant changes in volume and tone quality depending on where the person turns their head. Due to the distance between the persons mouth and the microphone, and fact that they are not speaking directly into the microphone, you can often have trouble getting enough volume before feedback. The HC577L eliminates all these problems. It is available in beige or black.

Although this version is wired for AKG, we can modify it for any belt pack.
